Congratulations to Luke Rogers, who is now the 2025 Australian National champion for wingsuit performance! Jason Dodunski took Silver, and Chris Geiler took bronze.

“What an incredible experience at the Australian Nationals! This was my first competition in over two years, with zero training leading up to it — I came in with low expectations and the simple hope of making the Aussie team and maybe sneaking onto the podium.The event was held in the stunning location of Moruya, NSW, and couldn’t have been better organised. Smooth flying conditions, a great turnout, and a solid reminder of how special this sport and community really are.Massive shoutout to Luke, who absolutely flew out of his skin all comp — setting a new World Record for time and an Oceanic Record for distance. He’s now raised the bar for what it takes to be at the top, and it was incredible to witness that kind of flying firsthand.Jason Dodunski also flew strong and secured second place with some impressive scores.I’m stoked to have shared the podium with two great mates and to be back in the mix. This comp has lit the fire again — I’m excited to put in the work and see what’s possible from here.”

The Australian Nationals are becoming just as hard as a world championship to win. Just to put things into perspective, we saw the current world #1 Luke Rogers, world #2 Jason Dodunski, former world champion Chris Geiler returning to competition to finally represent his home country, World #6 Tom Davies, World #11 overall and #1 Female competitor Amelia Dunaway all battling it out to see who would come on top.
