All production times are estimated from payment to shipping.

The clock begins ticking once we receive your payment and stops when we give your gear to FedEx.

What this means is that the estimated production time does not include the time it takes for you to decide colors, options, custom artwork approvals, or the time between order submission and payment. It also does not include the time it takes for your gear to ship from us to you.

These times are estimates based on many years of production experience, but they are not exact to the minute deadlines. We make every effort to meet or beat the production time estimates.
