A huge and heartfelt congratulations to the new World Champion, Espen Fadnes (Squirrel C-Race). Chris Geiler (Squirrel CR+) is now Vice World Champion, taking home a silver medal to add to his collection of golds. Squirrel pilots took 4 out of the top 5 spots (and 7 out of the top 11, since Amber tied with Ola for 10th).

Special mention goes to Amber Forte, the highest placing woman ever in a World level event, flying her Squirrel C-Race.

Our friends reported that it was a strictly judged competition, with a record number of lane violations and penalties. Through the stress of it all, Espen flew consistently, staying calm and playing the game like the veteran athlete that he is. Congrats to all, and thanks so much to all of the pilots who supported us.
